- Account information: name, email, phone number, password (hashed), role (jobseeker or employer), company information for employers.
- Profile & CV data: resumes, education, work history, skills, disability information (optional and consent-based).
- Job posts & applications: job title, description, location, salary range, application messages and attachments.
- Usage data: pages visited, IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referrer, cookies and analytics events.
- Payments & billing: billing address, payment transaction metadata (we do not store full card details — sensitive payment data is handled by our payment processors).
How We Use Data
We use collected data to:
- Provide, operate and maintain the platform.
- Process applications and allow employers to manage job postings.
- Communicate with you, including service announcements and support.
- Detect and prevent fraud and abuse, and maintain security.
- Analyze and improve features and performance.
- With consent, produce aggregated statistics (for research/government reporting) — personal identifiers are removed in aggregated exports.
Security
We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal data. Unfortunately, no system is 100% secure — if we become aware of a security incident affecting your personal information we will follow applicable law and attempt to notify affected users where required.
Data Retention
We retain personal data as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Account deletion requests will remove personal data per our data retention policy, but some derived or cached data may persist for a limited time for legitimate reasons.
