Accounts
Users may create accounts for jobseeker or employer roles. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Keep your password secure and notify us of unauthorized access.
Employers & Posting
Employers create job postings through their dashboards. Employers must provide accurate information and comply with all applicable laws. Posting limits are governed by paid plans. We reserve the right to remove postings that violate policies.
Jobseekers & Applications
Jobseekers can apply for roles and upload CVs. Applications are sent to employers. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and not misleading.
Payments & Plans
Paid features are subject to fees and the plan terms shown at purchase. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers; we do not store full card data. Refunds and disputes follow the policies described during checkout.
Content & License
By posting content (job posts, profiles, messages), you grant WorkAbilities a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute that content in connection with the service. You retain ownership of your content.
Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Post fraudulent or illegal jobs or applications.
- Scrape or harvest data from the site.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
- Use the service to discriminate unlawfully.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. Users can request account closure via their dashboard.
Disclaimer & Liability
The site is provided "as is" and we disclaim warranties to fullest extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for employer hiring decisions or job offers. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold WorkAbilities harmless from claims arising from your breach of the Terms or misuse of the service.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WorkAbilities operates. Any disputes will be resolved under those laws.
